If you received an email about getting the two-way radio, don't waste your time. Most likely you will not get it if you don't contact them. Also you will 100% not get the radio if you are currently a Sprint customer (written in fine print). Once you switch from their email they sent to get the radio, you will be billed by Sprint every month with $5.95 charge weather you make any calls or not. I am one of the dumbo that sign up for it 
and tried to contact them for the radio after the 90 days. The only thing I got was "NOTHING!", because they said I was a Sprint customer prior to my sign-up (in very fine print). not to mentioned the rude CSR!
