I personally don't buy from them anymore, although I have not had trouble with them.

Many of their rebates now require orginal invoice: if you buy more than one item to save some shipping in the same order, be certain asking for extra invoice. "A copy of sales order is NOT acceptable".

The distinction is that you provide a copy of the invoice (what they send to you in the box), not the sales receipt you printed after ordering the stuff. Read what the thing says!
