warning problem-disabled host controllers? how to fix

I down loaded sisoft and ran performance ck. It came back with a warning- disabled host controllers are present. ck bios settings. I cannot find it in my bios. I have a msi k7masters 6341 mb. with 1.2 bios, a gf2 pro by msi and s.b. 5.1 xgammer card. I have a problem with my system locking up when i run 1.33g. I have a 1.33g cpu. could this be the problem? the ram is crucial and the cpu temp is 39C I also got 2 other warnings - agp bus speed is too high and pci bus speed is too high. dont know how to fix.
