Hi, these two days when i wake up, "Drive Health" just popup this msg.

"The Harddrive disk WDC WD360GD-00FNA0 had a non- typical SMART attribute value fall. No immediate action is required. We recommend you to continue disk monitoring with Drive Health tool."

oh, does it mean my drive is dying?

I would recommend to start backing all your data up and be prepared for it .. SMART errors are not good to get and normally indicate a failing h.d.d

i just got this drive for Christmas present.

 Bummer.. You should still be under Warranty. When your drive takes a dump, give Western Digital a call. Assuming it was a OEM drive, it would have a 1 Year I believe.

i got it within a month.. receipt, box, everything is still here..

just that the data inside is more important, i don't want to loose it all.. and it takes time to reinstall everything..
