I bought one from Newegg. The IDE and Floppy cables *were* flat, but it did come with a rather nice SATA cable that was actually a SATA data/power combo cable, which I'd never seen before.
There wasn't any 1394/USB bracket, but the manual clearly lists those as optional items.
I got mine from Newegg, and I got the SATA data/power combo cable too. The board comes with 1 firewire port and 4 USB 2.0 ports on the ATX connector set on the back of the board. The optional cables for 4 extra USB 2.0 ports or 2 extra firewire ports are only necessary if you need tons of extra connections.
I didn't expect one of the lowest priced PCI-E Athlon 64 boards on the market to come loaded with extra cables at no extra charge. I am quite happy with the board's outstanding performance and rock solid stability.
