I have not seen this before, until I installed Kaspersky AV Personal and I think it's the culprit here, plus when I log off, reboot, it hangs at the welcome screen longer then it ever has before with it installed.

Windows saved user WWJD\SAR registry while an application or service was still using the registry during log off. The memory used by the user's registry has not been freed. The registry will be unloaded when it is no longer in use.
This is often caused by services running as a user account, try configuring the services to run in either the LocalService or NetworkService account.
For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

So then I switched it from, "Local System cccont" to "This account":

It seemed like it went away, then I noticed it back again, any thoughts on this?
Might be that there is no fix for it and it will be up to the developer to fix this on the software level.
