Superman and Batman costumes come with this warning label: "Wearing of this garment does not enable you to fly"

Cans of self-defense pepper spray caution: "May irritate eyes."

A long time ago, the company I worked for used to get the trucks detailed. This was back in the days of vinyl bench seats(I'd love to see those come back), and rubber floors. You'd get in the truck after detailing, and have to hold on tight or you'd slide all the way across :^D

How about when car washes places use tire gel on the step up plates, and then it would be so damn slippery. I am sure some places got sued for that.

Baker's Joy, Pam, and SHOUT! will also make floors extremely slippery. Linoleum flooring sprayed with Pam (even just over spray) with stocking feet is a recipe for disaster.

During college summers, I worked at Kimberly Clark. There were rolls of paper, iirc, 1' wide 5' tall that would have to be positioned to put on a machine. A small female new hire sprayed silicone on the floor so that she could turn them easier. Can anyone say "workman's comp?"
