Well guys unfortunatly i just got a ticket so i was in the market for a radar detector. I didn't want to spend a bunch of money on a unit. I read both reviews and a forum that is just for radar detectors. I forgot the url but the Beltronics Express 795 looked to be the winner. Very low on false alarms and good range. The only bad part of this detector is the display isn't that great. No Text and the x/k/ka lights are the same color though the audible tones are different. I think the review i read on it is radartest.com. It rated it very well. It pretty much said that this detector competes very well with its big brothers costing $200 more. This detector doesn't say it has POP detection but according to the review i read it exceled at it.
