Uncensored version is currently $54.90 before shipping at gogamer. US version is still $39.99 before taxes at most B&M stores. If you don't mind ordering overseas and don't feel like fooling with patches, this is the way to go. Other than this version being uncensored, this one comes with a printed manual and some other possible goodies versus the US version, though I can't confirm the differences.
