ebgames and best buy show it at $19.99. PM to bestbuy and you should be able to get it for $14.49 ($5.50 at 110% pm)

People's expectations were way too high for State of Emergency. They thought it was going to be the next GTA3 because it was being published by Rockstar. Unfortunately the masses can't differentiate between a publisher and a developer

That being said, imho SOE is a decent arcade style game, its fun for a while, but not very deep. $15 is a fair price.

Soe for the xbox added a lot of stuff to the orginal ps2 port. Got some pretty fun multiplayer and the single player is still fun to play with. For 14 bucks it is worth it. As for LOTR , it is the old game and not as good as the TT-based game. (my 2 cents)

I bought State of Emergency for the PS2 the day it came out for $50.


Not worth it.

For $15 w/ multiplayer, tweaked graphics, extra levels, it's worth it, just do't expect GTA 3.25 .
