Mwave has the Shuttle MK40VN Socket A motherboard for $31.50. This is brand new retail box. I think this is the cheapest price I've seen for a Socket A mobo in a while. It uses the Via KM400 chipset which means it has onboard lan, audio, and VGA. This board is not for the power user by any means but it's great for a mom and pop computer. For a cool and quiet fan I'd suggest picking up the Speeze 5F286B which you can add for only 8 bucks.
