The contrast ratio is 350:1 or 450:1? Because when I checke on the web, some say 350:1 while others say 450:1. And I go to samsung offical website to check, it says 450:1.

Does the 170N model have two subdivided models, one is 350:1 and the other is 450:1?

Isn't the 170 kind of old? I don't look to buying lcd's from newegg because of their dead pixel policy, go for dell they got good deals on them, and will accept exchanges for even a single dead pixel!
