Typing on this keyboard right now...

I definitely think it is one of the nicest keyboards that I have used (I have used Microsoft, Logitech, Keylogic and IBM keyboards in the past) - its quiet, provides ample feedback (no key click, though), and is solid. I have made an easy transition from my last keyboard to this one and I'm not going back.

The backlighting, while cool, is purely aesthic, as in a dark room you can't read the keys any better as they are not truly backlit. However, I do like the feel of this keyboard, and it has held up to my button smashing in CoH, HL2 and Doom3.

I'd recommend it for those that need a new keyboard and desire the functionality that this command pad can provide. However, if you already have a Nostromo, the command pad is an inferior replacement. But don't let that stop you from buying this!
 
I use this keyboard now. The feel of the keys is amazing. The wrist-wrest piece is HORRID and the numeric keypad is a waste. There's a new version coming soon that I can't wait for..I can't find the article/review for the new version right now.
