search for palm 105 in OD
$99 - $20 coupon + tax - $25 MIR = $54 + tax
You could try doing a price match with OfficeMax and staples for $89, if you wanted to try saving some more.
don't know if the MIR is from palm or OD specific
seems m105 is connected via serial, which sucks...
