Woo Hoo. My first ever Hot Deals post. Here are a few Warm (perhaps Hot) stuff I saw in the new CompUSSR circular for 8/10-8/16.

Here are the only two that I saw that were of intrest to me anyway:

Well I'm definitely not a Nvidia Fan but for those who are, or who are looking to buy/upgrade their Video solution,

GeForceFX 5600 Video Card 256MB DDR for $179.99 AR

And making another appearance after a few weeks off is,

DiamondMax Plus 40GB, 7200RPM ATA 133 2MB $39.99 AR

And of course you can never have too many CD-R's right. BOTOH, mailing in Rebates for CDR's seems a bit much to me, but what do I know,

48x CD-R Media, 80 Minute / 700MB, Spindle, 50 Pack $2.99 AR

There were a few okay other HD deals, but nothing spectacular. Of course if anyone else sees something they think is a good deal, add it to this thread. Thanks and good luck with those cursed rebates, egad.
 
8MB cache drives are good today too, 200GB for $150 AR and 160GB for $100 after rebates. Not bad if you need to buy this weekend.
 
Is CompUSA site working for anybody? I keep getting a dark blue background but no text when a specifc product link is clicked.

I get blue screens there also. 🙁
