warm or hot for entrepreneurs? full patent download for 65 cents

I was looking to review some patents for a software idea, and an engineer told me about this site

The usability could be improved, and you need to know what patent or patent app you want. In spite of that, at only 65 cents, it's a hell of alot cheaper than buying through a patent service to check for patents in Europe at $9.

Anybody know how this is done?

That same site lets you download 10 per day for free ( http://www.patentfetcher.com/Patent-Fetcher-Form.php ).

Also, you can search and view patents for free at the Patent Office Website ( http://www.uspto.gov/patft/index.html ). You can't download from the Patent Office Website, buy you can view and print one page at a time.

There are also several programs you can purchase that download an unlimited number of patents from the US and some foreign patent offices. The way these programs work is by downloading images (tif from the US patent office or PDF from the european patent office). If you can figure out where the images are stored, writing one of these programs would seem to be fairly straight forward.

You should maybe add "patent checking or lookup for 65 cents" to the title. I was excited that maybe you could get issued a patent for 65 cents!!
