its socket 754 , nforce4, has pci-e 16x, 1x, a fake agp slot, and 3 pci. just search for "k8n neo3"

well, with the new amd64 semprons, it could be a good option. seems like with a dedicated video card, a e step sempron 3100 or 3300 would be a formidable system, si nethe dual channel memory doesnt seem to matter much.
 
Doesn't the "3" in Neo3 mean it's a nForce 3 mobo? I'm also pretty sure the nForce4 does not come in 754 pin package. I could be wrong though.

neo3 is nforce4-4x chipset. neo2 boards are nforce3. yes that makes no sense.
