520? What speed is this processor?

It says BARE CPU - does that mean there's no CPU fan included?

As for the ECS motherboard - I've got no complaints about the cheapy Athlon MB I got with a combo deal a few weeks ago, it worked a lot better than an Asrock MB I tried out (ended up returning the Asrock POS because it didn't support ACPI and wouldn't install XP correctly)
