HP has a department that sells refurbished products for business. Their prices are lower than refurbished products for the home department.

There are two types of refurbished PDAs there. First is a bit more, and looks brand new. The second is what they call scratches and blemishes units. Those have various cosmetic defects, including scratches.
Here is the important part, both Carlos and Juan mentioned that these units will not have any scratches on the screen!
I personally went with a scratched h2215, which costs only 244.08. We'll see how it turns out. Most of those who ordered already, seem to post positive feedback about their units. But YMMV!
Also, HP has a promotion, which is going until March, where you get 50% off of the PDA accessories, listed right under the refurbished PDAs.
So what i got is:
Ipaq h2215 scratch and blemishes model (FA159AR#8ZP-S) for 244.04 + 10 second day shipping + tax = 268.
Now here's where Juan helped me out. I found teh accessory i wanted after i already purchased my Ipaq. Called up Juan, he placed a separate order for it, and usually he would have to charge the shipping for it, but he went ahead and gave me a 50% off promotion, and free ground shipping for a car charger that i wanted.
He seems like a good guy to deal with, so i am posting his Extension #: 76928 - Juan
So if you are interested give either Juan or Carlos a call, and see what they tell you.

Bottom line is, i persoally think it is better getting these directly from HP, then buying the same refurbished ones from eBay. Or you can go for the scratched one, and save some $$$, if you are not concerned with how the thing looks.
