Bought two over the weekend at CompUSA in City of Industry, CA for $19.99. Not available online.
SKU: 284341 3 (Not sure if the last 3 is part of the sku or not)
Specs:
Chipset: Kyro 1 (Kyro-400XT)
Mem: 32mb SDR
Mem Interface: 128-bit
Mem Clock: 115mhz
Core Clock: 115mhz
Interface: PCI
Not the fastest card but if you still need a PCI video card your not gonna be crazy gaming anyways. The chipset does have hardware DVD decoding functionality which is the reason I hear most people with older rigs get a newer PCI video. Without doing any research I'd say this chipset is almost as decent as the Radeon PCI that has been circulating around the hot deals forum
