Looks like officeMax will be offering Fuji 30pk for $12.99 -$11 rebate limit 1 rebate.
Warm if made in Japan (TY), cold if made in Taiwan. My store has TY ones in stock right now, I'll go back and price adjust on Sunday.
 
officemax usually has their own fuji rebates, not www.myrewards.info, however my friend has already received his and mines in the mail for our previous purcahse of fuji30pks.

1 thing to note is that someone on another thread noted that all 30pks are still TYs, only the 50pks have potential made in taiwans. my last batch of fujis which i recevied yesterday was a 50pk made in japan from BB.

For $1.99, I'll grab a pack. I'm tired of using Imation media (can't use @ max burn speed). Too bad about it being an OM rebate, they seem exceedingly slow. Of course, that can be said for just about any rebate system.
 
The 30-packs of Fujifilm appear to be the last Taiyo Yuden CDs that you can get in a spindle (both the 50 and 100-packs are taiwanese). It's really too bad that there is a limit of 1 per customer, because I would probably buy as many as I could carry.
 
OfficeMax rebates do suck, OfficeMax has a tendency to get things wrong when it comes to communicating their rebate offer with the fulfillment center (a lot of wrong UPCs, dates, info, etc...) Even if they do get it right and you get everything right it still takes about 3 months.


For a $6 rebate and the last of the TY's it maybe worth the hassle.

 
That's odd. The 30-pack of Fuji's rang up @ $7.99 today at OM. The clerk gave me the rebate book, but there wasn't a form in the book for Fuji.

I'll look on the OM page for it, as it would be nice to get $3 bucks back in my pocket. 🙂

Did the clerk give you the October rebate booK? If so, look at page 35, middle ad. But you should do it at easierrebate.com, they say you will get it 2 weeks earlier.

Also it's a $6 MIR, not $3.

 
Has anybody noticed that the UPC number on the spindle don't coincide with number on the rebate form? Maybe I picked up the wrong package (FM CDR 80 MIN 30PK COLOR) but it rang up as $7.99 and got a rebate receipt.

Oh crap, am I reading this right? Fuji's are moving away from TY? First I had to find a replacement for my Verbatim's, now this. Well, at least I still have 200 to hold me until that time.

Gonna have to go see if I can get this 30 pack that doesn't have the stupid color swirl on them. Anyone know if they have the plain silver ones at OM? I don't really want to write in an arc.
 
nebula - yeah, that's right. Fuji is no longer selling TY disks. Real bummer. We need to find a decent CD vendor now. Almost everyone is selling CMC Magnetics now. Total garbage.
