Good price with no rebates for someone looking for a HDD. I was going to post a shipping cost, but outpost wants a CC # before they show you the cost breakdown. I know i could just not finish the order, but it still makes me uncomfortable. Nice deal OP.
 
I wonder how much Fry's itself sells it for. I'll have to check when I get back in town, skip the ridiculous $9 for shipping. Good deal otherwise though! I hate rebates!
 
I picked this up today from BestBuy, they were running a one day 70 MIR on this drive...My local Frys had this in the paper this morning, so I intened to use Amex BVG and get the drive for -$20 when all is said and done.

Good price as is though, with no rebate hassle.

anyone know if this badboy runs hot. thinking of getting it for my ps2. not a fan of maxtor and its 1yr warrenty but not a bad deal for 60.00. roughly 7.00 shipped ground, 8-9 for 2day and 10 overnight for me. (NY)
 
fry's has it for the same price - it's the 8mb buffer one too.

maxtor are not great, but for 50c/Gig no rebates.....

shame it's not sata 😉
