Not QUITE free - at least not immediately - but I've noticed this site has some occasionally useful little items or software that someone might need. I haven't personally purchased anything yet, but I keep a watch on it in hopes that I'll find something useful 😛
They don't sell the items, they just link to them. They've got an RSS feed too so it's easy to watch for new offers.

Sorry. This forum is for the posting of freebies and giveaways only. FAR items require an outlay of money, and that should be posted on the HotDeals forum. The site you mentioned is also a hotdeals site of sorts. When you click on their links, they become referral links, which is where they make money. Linking to this site in the HotDeals forum wouldn't be allowed either.
