This is the VSX-D409 which sells for $279 at 800.com. Even with the MSN 20% off, the Costco price is better (it was a toss-up with the $30 coupon, but it's now more favorable to Costco since the coupons aren't valid anymore). The biggest benefit to buying from Costco is their return policy is awesome.

I'm setting mine up tonight along with the $100 Panasonic DVD player that arrived today from Mercata.
