It is PNY with spektek chips, but I figured for $14.95 after $30 mail in rebate, not too bad. They also have the 512 mb PC-2700 PNY for $39.95 after rebate. Figured the 256 mb was the better deal, cheaper and many want to run dual channel. My local BestBuy had a good supply of both. Am planning on having my wife purchase a stick as well, so I can eventually pick up an Nforce 2 board. Hope that the PNY will work in it as dual channel.

PS The one stick I have is running fine at the moment in my KT3 Ultra at 166 fsb.
 
Might have to go tomorrow and see if there are any other chip options for this, nice AR price though. Thanks.
