A 11-bay ATX casing black case with a 300W PSU, a dual format 12x4x8 Dual DVD writer with Nero 6.0 software, a two piece Labtec Spin 55 black matching stereo speakers, a black optical PS2 scroll mouse and black PS2 keyboard. Last but not least a 1.44MB black floppy disk drive. You will have to use the "freegeekmb" secret savings code to be able to get the motherboard free - automatically, no rebates involved. The motherboard is P4 compatible and supports up to the latest Hyperthreaded P4 with 800MHz FSB. With three DIMM slots, you will be able to upgrade your motherboard when you want. Sound and NIC Realtek solutions are integrated in the motherboard. Five PCI and one AGP slots are provided as are six USB sockets and the other usual connections.

The motherboard comes in a retail box and therefore includes manual, cables and a coaxial SPDIF riser. I have bought a few of these cases w/PS and havent been let down yet. 7 bays of 3.5" let me cram all my older HD's in one case. Only problem I see is no way to use dual channel ddr, but if this is gonna be a box just for dvd-ripping, made from whatever extras you have laying arround, not too shabby.

What audio ports are missing? It has mic, line in and line out. Looks fairly hot to me.
