They liked it- their sample hit 3.1 gig with stock voltage by simply raising the multiplier, something most chips won't let you do. Nice power consumption figures, too...
The unlocked multiplier just makes it easy to get the most out of a particular chip w/o stressing the rest of the system... They market it to overclockers w/o a hsf- they know you'll want an aftermarket unit anyway...
