Does not include software to play bluray discs, so expect to spend another $50 to $100 on this depending upon what software you purchase.

Might be a good deal if you can do without player software until you can catch a 40% off coupon for Arcsoft Total Media Theatre 5, though.

EDIT: I don't know if it is any good, but the Chinese company which markets the WinX line of products (www.winxdvd.com) now offers a free application which supposedly plays Bluray and HDDVD discs. The application is not actually being sold on their website, so it may actually be "free" (i.e. the WinX standard of "free" is usually a 60 day expiring trial version advertised as a "free giveaway" - YMMV) .
