sirs, i sent a money order. does this mean i am getting my money back? it was in stock when i ordered it -- i printed the pages and everything... may i/will i get a substitute/alternate? i also noted that (account info) said it was at the warehouse and being prepared for shipment.
i am really confused by the wording in the letter, as i ordered only one item.... i consider myself a reasonable person, and will work this out to ensure an acceptable solution for both parties.

people bragging about newegg can step to the rear. i get backordered after getting shipping AND tracking info? they SOLD it is what they did! they are NO better than any other online retailer out there (two three weeks waiting and REFRESHING to catch a "reasonable" deal so i could REORDER the product I HAD ALREADY PURCHASED!)
