i guess newegg has listened all of us bitch about how they have increased refurb prices as well as add shipping to previously free shipping items.

this mobo was 100+ on their refurb a couple days ago and no free shipping. now its down to 69 with free shipping. not as cheap as the a7n8x-dlx for $59 they had back in the day but with this one you get gigabit lan as some minorly updated features.

maybe ill start buying from them again.

That and nobody was ordering refurbs because they were only a few dollars less than new due to the new higher prices and shipping.

 
yeah when this board was 92-100 bucks it was actually more than retail because you had to pay for shipping + the accessory pack if you wanted the i/o shield and brackets.

i dont know if this works anymore but you can call asus and tell them that your package didnt come with any accessories... YMMV, but they sent me all the accessories for free even though i told them it was refurb. i had a couple friends do it and it worked for half of them. never hurts to try.
