Yep, have the same thing GREAT camera for $135 after rebate. And I got it January 24 PM'ed with Staples, used a $40 coupon, sold 4MB SM card on E_bay for $15, got 32MB SM from Amazon.com with my GC's, sent in original rebate form two weeks ago... I am VERY happy with the camera for the price.
