In my Amazon Gold Box today I chose the "Computer Accessories" option when it asks what specials I'd like to see.

It took me to a Lexar CF512-12-251 12X 512 MB CompactFlash Card for $112.49 after the Gold Box coupon. The card also has a $20 MIR on it and Free Super Saver Shipping bringing the total price to $92.49.

So it's a little slow, but that seems like a decent price. And with your Amazon Visa you could get almost 300 points!
