You need a Sam's Club membership, but you can order the hard drive right off their site (this is the 8MB cache one too). Mine came to a little over $170 with shipping.

Anyone else found anything better?

They do have one on their site, but it's a little over $200, not quite the deal of the PATA drive. :(

Fry's has it for $159 out the door. It goes down to the $120's sometimes, usually with rebate though.

There's also the WD1600JBRTL for $69.99 (no rebates) @ Fry's today. It closes in 40 minutes in CA and there were dozens left when I went there 1/2 hour ago.

2 x 160GB > 250GB and $139.98 < $166. There's a "limit 1 per customer", but it's pretty easy to get around. :D
