Warhammer: Importing Characters to another computer?

I have Warhammer Online installed on my desktop, but decided to see if I could play it on my laptop as well, so I installed it on my laptop the cinematic at this point seems to work...

I put all my account information into the game when I first signed on, on my laptop, but none of the characters i created are showing up that I created on my desktop.

Huge resounding WTF...

any help is appreciated.

Supposing one had the inclination, one might begin by remembering on which server one had created one's original characters, and supposing that one had a memory which was untarnished by delusion and/or alcohol, one might attempt to connect to said remembered server on one's laptop to see if ones characters were indeed present, as would be dictated by the logic associated with an online game.
 
are we talking Warhammer: Shadow of the Horned Rat here? 😀
