WarcraftIII+video blinks+hangs

I am running Xp1700+ 133FSB. When I play WCIII it the video would sometimes blink not a big deal but then it comes the hang ups and good again and then hang up. I am almost certain that if I switch to 100 instead of 133 FSB the problem is solved but I don't want to do that. Help please... Also when I run D3D in Counter-Strike the graphics became transparent!

the WC3 movies are encoded as DivX's and are stored in the movie folder. Run them with DivX player and see if the problem is still there.
