WarCraftIII release date?

I stumbled upon that somewhere and from what I can remember it will be something like end of June 2002 - next month! 😀 But knowing Blizzard next month is 6-mo from now.

If your really unpatient, like me, use DC and get the beta. It is nice to get a feel for the game so you can own when it comes out.
 
I think it will make the date, it seems like they just tying up lose knots right now with the Beta being over and stuff. I can't wait, looks like it will be a winner!!!!!!!!
 
Warcraft 3 is a pretty cool game but it could be better. The hero aspect of the game is a really neat feature because a good hero can wipe out an entire army if you micro him well. It seems to me that the counters for the units aren't well-defined and I often find that just massing as many units as possible will often win a battle as opposed to sending specific units that are better against an enemy unit. I hope when the final game comes out, they change this because it makes the game feel very limited in what strategies you can employ.

i really want to get better at unit micro management.
