Just my humble opinion. I still play it, though it plays too fast on my computer now 🙂 Is there anyway to play it online? Please help me resurect this game.
 
I still remember the rumbling Orc voice as it ushered in my final quest:

"The alabaster parapets of Lordaeron's capital loom before you in the distance..."

All done up in DirectX so you can play it without DOS 🙂 😎
(ie you can play with full sound with no funny tweaking in Win2000 and WinXP, and even Win NT4, just install and go 😀)
 
isnt that why starcraft was created? just pretend the protoss are orcs and the humans are terrans...and balistas are siege tanks and mages are hydras

I had that game for weeks before I realized your units would get ticked if you clicked on 'em a bunch.

Bignate and Atlantean are right -- Battle.net edition is cheap and will correct the speed problem and add online play.
