Run memtest on your memory. Check to make sure your not running out of hard drive space, and run chkdsk and defrag. Other than that it could be a software/driver issue.
Dont overclock and see if they go away.. or be stubborn and deal with the crashes. WC3 crashed even on my slightly o/c'd systems, and I have no idea why.. just something about it needs total stability.
If you really think its the memory, download memtest86 (google it). That should find any problems.
I used to get that error too when I played wc3. I don't think it is oc related, as I was running an old dell- the problem is most likely in the map itself. Are yout playing a custom game because if you are, chances are the map has a glitch in it.
