its on gamers gift cards for sale at best buy, I think they normally have some in the video game section, they've let me activate them for $.01 before, but I've also been told there's a $5 min. either way you can use the gift card on the purchase of the game
 
Nice deal beerinator, just did it (thursday), after an initial messup by cashier I was able to get it for 16 dolalrs after tax, but had to go to customer service. Great deal.
