Warcraft 3 and World of Warcraft

Those are the best guesses Ive seen around the net, its likely.. As WoW is concerned, AC2 which appears to have better graphics, will be out alot sooner...

WoW environments are amazing, but the characters look like trash. AC2 should be far superior in both areas though. But will the gameplay be nearly as good?

Yep, Blizzard certainly like to keep us in suspense.

Still the beta is only a few weeks away

VoodooExtreme had an interview with Blizzard a week or so back and they said Warcraft 3 will be entering beta in late January and will be ready for release about 6 months later.

No word on WoW.

WOW is going to be good for the simple reason that anyone is going to be able to play it, not people just with the patience to learn a relatively complex game like AC or EQ.

buy warcraft3 when it comes out, and then check the booklet of an advertisment of Wow.
It should say at date like coming soon x 20XX, take that year and add 2 more.

Well that worked for diablo 2, check out your old starscraft booklet (or cd case) and it says
Diablo 2 coming fall 1998 or something like that.
