WarCat 7.4 Vs. Current ATI Cat Drivers

I've been running WarCat drivers forever on my backup PC. I have read however that the current ATI Cat drivers have finally surpassed the WarCat drivers in performance.

Has anyone done a comparison? The performance I am getting with WarCat 7.4 drivers is great - I don't want to change unless there are significant gains to be had.
 
Don't upgrade just because performance in some game have increased.

Check if the driver have issues with a game by checking ATI release notes and also doing a quick search on google.




 
The problem is... ONLY the latest drivers incorporate ALL the latest fixes for games. Using old drivers (modified or not) will always have some errors for some games. Specifically newer games.
