Bush started it, it appears illegal, ACLU is properly suing. Obama is defending it.

I'm not sure if Obama has made any reductions to it.

Those socialist commies at the ACLU are arguing to 'make the law apply only to terrorist and criminal investigations'. Why do they want to destroy America?

The appeals court has ruled the ACLU has standing to sue about the constitutional issue. Obama is opposing them being able to sue about it.

The ACLU is a good cause to support.

I usually don't agree with the ACLU on most issues, but on this one they have it right. Bush had it wrong and Obama continues to have it wrong.

If it is possible, and if it does eventually go there, it seems to me the USSC would side with Obama, which is comical in an awkward wierd kind of way.

The only problem I have with the ACLU is their response to the Second, but overall, they do far more good than harm.
