Looks as if the WMD in Iraq may have been either a ploy to induce the U.S. to refrain from attacking,
or that he may have had to 'Bully Up' his appearance to his neighboring countries to make them think
that Iraq was a stronger power than it really was - to keep those countries at bay.
Whatever - Saddam's gamble failed, as the U.S. over reacted to the 'alledged' threat level
even though the inteligence agencies said that there was no proof to the level perceived.
