I've played a few games in the beta and don't know what to think of the game thus far. Before playing the beta, the pictures/videos/description it was like I'll buy it. After playing a few games, I dunno. It is slow paced though that doesn't bother me, the combat just feels off, hopefully it refines as the beta progresses, I want to see this game do well and be good.

This could be really cool, if it were a strong RPG Mount and Blade with modern graphics.

Does anyone know more about it?

RPS has some articles up about it:

I was just waiting for someone to take an arrow to the knee in the last one but it never happened.

It's not 'just' multiplayer, is it? Keep looking for a hint of solo campaign, and don't see it.

Is mounted combat more manageable than in Mount and Blade? Give me a horse and lance in M&B and I'll just make a fool of myself. Ranged weapons while mounted are better, tho.

Nope, multiplayer only game from my understanding.

I haven't unlocked the knights to use the horses yet, all I have unlocked besides the basic footman you get at the start is the longbow men and I'm missing the crossbow to be able to use the crossbow men as well.

From what I've witnessed so far of mounted combat it is deadly, but every person I've seen so far has been using a lance on their horse.

Gamersgate is running a special on this where if you order by a certain date, you get the deluxe edition for the regular price. It's Steamworks this time, so buying on Gamersgate gives it to you on Steam.
