I like Petraeus a lot. He grew up not 10 miles from me. Sometimes though he says things that sound a lot like RINO's and I lose tastse for his candidacy.

Someday I like this guy the best for president:

Guess what? INEVITABLY all of their posts are purely personal opinions! As are yours!

Amazing, a forum full of complainers and whiners who post nothing of substance - no quotes, no references, no articles, no links to information sources, no supporting commentary by recognized third party experts, no insightful analyses.

Its constantly littered with your blog posts, and references to what wine you had with dinner and the "exquisite organic Sumatran espresso" you had this morning. then you past in an article you read somewhere and offer up your blog. Lather rinse repeat several times per day. Is that enough fact for you or does it hit too close to home?

I don't think Petraeus is going to run for office. While he could pull an Eisenhower, he has consistently denied any interest in going the political route.

Thanks to the link to West's speech. I had not heard it before, did not know who he was.

Over four million views of a local campaign speech is simply amazing.

Of course, the speech is electrifying and captures the concerns of so many Americans. He does a great job of espousing a view of the world that so many of us want others to wake up to.

I expect that we will see more candidates like him come November, it is time.

That's why I provided the links. :awe:

I know this is not the place for in depth reviews of coffee and the like, but once in a while, maybe after reading some of the posts on OT, I believe that P&N deserves to need to be lifted from an apparent gutter to some higher place.
