i'm not saying that nothing goes on that we dont know about, the point i'm trying to make is that especially in vietnam, we started to hear stories about how these things happened, which i'm sure had some effect. i'm not speaking from experience, of course, all i'm saying is that we can't assume the military conducts itself in the same fashion that it did decades ago.
