Wanting to watercool my 3200+ and need recommendations

I am new to the whole watercooling thing. Never even attempted it. I need some recommendations on what to go for. I want the cheapest, yet effective water cooling setup.

What would guys recommend that is easy to maintain, but cost effective. I don't have a whole lot to spend.

3200+ with a k8v deluxe
PC3200 Ram
9800pro card

Also, what pieces would be needed?
