Wanting to upgrade Compaq Presario 850mhz duron 1214 CPU. Anyone know?

I've done a ton of searches, and gotten very little feedback anywhere I've looked. It appears that I should be able to upgrade to a Tbird mobile maybe (1.4ghz), but Im hoping someone might know a little more details. Being able to upgrade to a XP would be really nice.
