hey all
i was just wondering for those of you who own a PDA, what do you think is the best kind? im wanting to buy one but dont know which i chould get....currently im really liking the looks of the sony clie nx70....and ill be using it mostly for college stuff (mainly a darn date organizer so i dont forget my stuff!)
any suggestions would be wonderful

thanks

If money is no object: Palm Tungsten T, all the way.

Palm and PalmSource had VERY convincing arguments and test comparisons between Palm and PocketPC at Comdex, so I'm sticking by them.

I have a Sony Clie T415, and love it, high res screen, super thin, aluminium casing, enxtended rage IR port, the list goes on.

If money is no object a Clie NX60 or NX70 is probably the nicest available.

If you are primarily going to use it as an orgizer, then the NX series will be over kill. Unless you are planning on using multimedia features and browsing the internet, I recommend a Palm based device.

For PalmOS devices, sony is by far the best. If I were you I'd look into an SJ or T series Sony. The Sonys tend to be feature packed, and usually come with Docs-To-Go, a Word and Excel editor.

You should go to a computer store, such as Best Buy, CompUSA, Frys, or something and just play with them, so you can get a feel of what you want.

You could also check out the Sharp Zaurus, just for the sheer cool factor of running Linux and having a hidden keyboard.

"SONY, because caucasians are just too danm tall"

I'm anxiously awaiting the arrival of my Tungsten|T. It will replace my Ipaq, which tried to replace my Palm Vx but failed miserably.
