Wanting a TV Tuner not sure what to get

Ok I just got an X800XL and a HannsG JW199D. I am now wanting to be able to hook my PS2 and Xbox up to the monitor. I was going to go through VGA but it looks like it will cost more than I want to spend. So what is a good TV tuner for this? Just PCI. It just needs Composite in
 
I wont be using the TV Tuner feature of it either. I just want to play my PS2 and Xbox on my monitor

I have had a couple TV tuners previously...my opinion...at their best they are still dissapointing!!
